Specifics of Happiness Felt Over by Students with Different Life-Purpose Orientations

Introduction. The integral concept of happiness relies on understanding the influence its feeling specifics, external conditions life. Moreover, it depends individual psychological properties and states personality semantic value orientations. Despite a great deal works devoted to this phenomenon, there are practically no publications in scientific literature relationship between degree experienced by students their meaning-of-life orientations, which determined purpose our study – features orientations level students. Materials Methods. results an empirical among Mordovia State University various fields training presented. sample size is 110 people. was conducted using several test methods: “Oxford Happiness Questionnaire” M. Argyll, “Existence Scale” A. Langle K. Orgler (translated S. V. Krivtsova), “Life-Sense Orientations (LSS)” J. Crumbaugh L. Makholik (adapted D. Leontiev). Spearman’s rs rank correlation test, factor, cluster analysis Mann-Whitney U were used for mathematical processing. Results. In course study, life existential values studied. show that happiness, meaningfulness fulfillment does not depend profile education (natural science or humanities). Statistically significant correlations life, self-transcendence, freedom, personality, existentialism, self-distancing, as well students' revealed. As result factor analysis, three groups factors identified link indicators meaningfulness, existentialism with subjects: “Meaningfulness Life”, “Productivity Life” “Level Happiness”.
